What is a manufacturer’s defect?

Manufacturer’s defects include non-functioning hinges and mounts, missing frame decals and Peeling of Lens coating.

> This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear

What is normal wear and tear on sunglasses?

Normal wear and tear on sunglasses includes scratches on the lenses and bent frames. Of course, these are only considered typical damages from normal use if they occur while they’re in your possession.

​

> We will gladly exchange or refund any item that's in a saleable condition, within 7 days

> If Sunglasses are returned with the following conditions, in 7 days, we'll consider them for an exchange or refund:

- Too tight

- Lenses falling off

- Sunglass does not fit.

❗️Please check your Sunglasses carefully and should you notice any of the above, please return the Sunglasses within 7 days. Problems picked up after 7 days are considered as wear and tear and we don't offer any warranty on wear and tear.

✅️ Though we don't offer warranty on Broken or Scratched lenses, should you experience your sunglass Breaking, having Scratches on Lenses after a few months, we'll gladly offer you from 25% up to 50% off on your next purchase.

We do not offer spare parts or repair services in store. it is necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. Repairs on Manufacturer Defaults, and Lens Coating are done at the Factory and take 2-3 Weeks to be returned to the Shop. Once the repairs have been completed and the Sunglass becomes available at the shop, the customer will be notified.

The 6 Months Frame, Lens Coating Warranty on Factory Defaults does not cover decolorisation of the frame or wear and tear.

Customers who are outside Port Elizabeth will be responsible for the couriering To and From Larpelo should an exchange be needed.
